Hello, I am a new freelancer focusing on mobile application development and a bit of photo editing. I have been sharing proposals but so far non has been viewed by the clients. What happens to my connect incase I withdraw the proposals? any refund?

How many viewed vs sent? 20% is normal. Some people even said 10% or less is normal.

And no, withdrawing proposal serves nothing.
