When that happens early Friday morning UTC, it almost invariably means the client failed to pay fro some hourly contract (last week's hours) since Monday.
There is nothing you can do, the client needs to get in touch with Upwork and sort it out.
Generally, as soon as the client pays, the contract becomes active again automatically. I have a client whose contract befomes suspended every second week... She usually fixes it within an hour or two.
