Hello, one of my contracts has been suspended. I wanted to know the reason behind it. Is my client end the contract?

If a contract was "put on hold" it means that Upwork suspended the contract.
Your client did not end the contract.

Why was the contract suspended?
If Upwork put a contract "on hold," it is probaby due to a problem with the credit card.
Note also that a client may "pause" a contract at any time.

Hi Joselle,
As of this time, I can only confirm that there is an issue with your client's account which is why your contract was put on hold. I would definitely recommend that you refrain from doing work for the contract until the hold has been lifted.
