Contract pending status

I got new contract but it still shows pending, my client confirms its good on her side i want to start the work, but i am unable todo anything.

Do not commence work as this usually means there is a client-side issue to resolve (regardless of what the client says). You can stay in communication with the client but take no action on the contract until it is resolved with Upwork. In the meantime, you can Contact Support and see if the chatbot assist you further. 

Thanks, I did asked help with upwork support, I found that client set the date of 11 Jan, its already a 11 Jan in my timezone. But still it shows pending.

UTC used. Wait 3 hours from now.
