Desktop app not working

Hello,

 

I logged out of the destop app and now it is not working anymore. It's just a white screen. What do i do? I

Salwa,

 

Please, isn't it oppening or isn't it allowing you to log in?

 

If it isn't oppening you can check if the desktop app is still running in the background. Sometimes I need to force it to quit, open it again and then it starts working.

It's just a white blank screen. I've restarted my macbook and it's still not working

How about to try reinstalling it?

 

Maybe something isn't working corretly and when you reinstall it can be fixed.

I downloaded and reinstalled it. It's still not working. The logo just appears then i get a white blank screen

Please, try to follow these instructions:

 

If you or an agency member or colleague have trouble logging on to the Upwork desktop app, it could be a problem with the Sign in with Google feature. Try the following solution.

 

Disable authorization via Google. Go to Profile Settings -> Connected services -> [Sign in with Google] -> Disconnecting, then reattempt login via the desktop app.
Next, log in to your desktop app using your username only.

Hi,

If you are talking about the Desktop Time App, then it usually happens with me also. Go to your Jobs feed and dowload it again from the left bottom corner. It works then. Otherwise, someone from Support will contact you soon.
