Direct Contract

I sent a Direct Contract request to one of my client and when he open the link that was sent by Upwork via mail it showed the error that "You need to verify your identity. {VerifyNowLink} or {LearnMoreLink} before you can proceed." but there wasn't any link there, it was only in text format.

I sent contract 3 time on different mails and client tried on different device but recieved same error and there wasn't any link to verify.

Did you try notifying the client to open the Direct contract using his/her laptop

Yes, tried at both laptops and mobile phone n received same a both devices.
