I have initiated a direct contract with a client. How can I activate a direct contract milestone? Or is this something the client needs to do from his end?

Hi Bojan,
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the article in the link you provided does not address my question satisfactorily. I have created a milestone based direct contract with a client, the first milestone has been paid. Now, I am unable to activate the second milestone (please see attached screen capture). So, my question is does the client need to activate the milestone from his end and then fund escrow? Please met me know, thanks!
