My client has filed a dispute for some hours (manual) 2 weeks after the contract was closed and everything properly paid.
This dispute has gone to Upwork mediation team and I have got an email from Upwork telling me to show "proof of work" done.
But unfortunately, I worked on their proprietory system whose credentials i don't have now to show proof of work. I stated that in reply email from upwork.
Now, my account is on financial hold.
I can't show any proof of work cuz i did everything in their software and client claims i haven't worked those hours where clearly payment was done and contract was closed 2 weeks ago!
What can i do?
