Does no feedbacks/rating from clients lower my JSS?

Hi Upworkers,

I had some 4-5 finished projects on Upwork without clients feedback (the client didn't give me any stars but the job was done all successfully). Does it impact my overall Job Success Score? Do you think that reaching out to past clients & ask them to rate me will increase my JSS?

I am finding it difficult to get previous clients to leave me feedback even though they are happy with the work I have provided.

Yes I feel the same, even after 3 successful jobs sometimes still no feedbacks/ratings :)) I understand that sometimes writing feedback takes time, but a simple rating/5 stars is really important to freelancers; especially if it relates to our JSS.

I hope that Upwork team can add a small notification/pop up window to encourage clients to at least leave us starts rating after the job finish 🙌

Not receiving feedback does not have an impact on the JSS.

I doubt you will have much success with past clients and feedback.

I think I have read that you can send request to your client for feedback.

It's good to request your previous client to add review.
Not sure if it will affect your JSS but good reviews reviews will help you get more client.

and getting more client will definetely increase your JSS if you deliver the quality work.
