Doubt about Job Feed

Hello,

I have been checking The Job update all the hours of a day.

- Most of the Time, matching jobs are showing my feed after 1 hour or 2 hours,

So when happened like this, I can't make proposal first, on the Top of the list. That's why I have to boost proposal by extra connects For First place

- why it's happening?

Proposals are not shown to the Client in order by time entered, so do not try to be first to submit. And you likely won't ever be first, because some people employ auto-propose software.
