I received an email from upwork@e.upwork.com to Help us make Upwork better from Mariana to complete a survey, just wondering if this is legit?

They are asking for 45 minutes of my time to provide Upwork with feedback on theur designs next week. They will speak via a remote web conference session. They are offering a $50 Upwork credit or gift card as a thank you for my time.
