NEED HELP WITH DESKTOP APP "APP NOT WORK", "CAN NOT LOGIN MY HOURS "

Hello Upwork, I recently downloaded the Upwork Desktop App for hourly contracts after Installation, I logged in and skipped some extra security checks after I noticed that my app was not working anymore and I could not log in my hours and that the only way I could access my app was through hidden icons bar and that it was showing only my massages what can I do, please?

Hi Ifedi,

I'm not sure what OS you are using, so I'll share the steps for both Windows and Mac. Let me know if the issue persists after trying this so that I can assist you further.

For Windows:

1. Exit/close the Upwork app
2. Delete Upwork folder in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Upwork
3. Start the app again

For Mac:

1. Uninstall the application
2. Open the terminal app​
3. Run this command tccutil reset All
4. Then run this command mv ~/Library/Application\ Support/Upwork{,.bak}
