I am new to the platform and empilées wanted to chat on WhatsApp and telegram. Four employers have asked me to send security fee another asked for employee ID fee. Is it something that happens or I am being scammed?

This is a scam.
As a new freelancer, there is a lot you need to learn before jumping right in to sending proposals. First, communicating outside of Upwork is a violation of Upwork’s Terms of Service you agreed to when you signed up. Link below.

It is VERY important to know all the terms of service, not only to stay safe, but also to not get suspended yourself.
Two violations: your picture, and communicating outside upwork.
