Fixed Price Contact...Within 3 days I finished my work so I delivered...And Client approves the milestone...

Now I have two questions...
1. If client close the contact before 30 days... Can he provide feedback?
2. And will it include JSS?

When a client ends the contract, they are required to share their feedback as part of the process. Your JSS reflects your overall contract history with your clients and is based on your (or your agency's) relationships and feedback. It also includes both private and public feedback.
