Ending Contract

My client didn't provide any feedback for 14 days after the contract ended. Can he still request a refund or leave a negative review?

Hi Muhammad,

 

If a contract ends and the client doesn't provide feedback within the 14-day time frame, they won't be able to share feedback unless you enable them to change it. As a reminder, a contract without feedback does not affect your Job Success Score.

 

When it comes to a refund after a contract has ended, clients have up to 180 days to request a refund from the freelancer directly, but the decision to issue a refund is at the freelancer's or agency's discretion. You can check this article to understand better how refunds work.
