Error at the time of upgrade membership

i am trying to upgrade membership plan to "plus" but getting the error.
i have tried with Paypal and Debit card but both option is not working, can you please check and let me know.

Hi Kaushik,

Could you please check your PayPal account and the preferred payment methods you have set in your Wallet. You may also contact PayPal customer support to check if your account is set up correctly.

Meantime, you can add an alternative billing method in your account payment options.

Still i am not able to upgrade membership using paypal OR Dabit card, i have tried again for both option
