Financial transactions have been limited

My profile is showing the notification:

"Financial transactions for Irfan **edited for Community Guidelines** have been limited. Please check your email for the additional information".

I didn't receive any email too. Please resolve my issue. I have 1000$ to withdraw but I can't withdraw my earnings. I am also an active freelancer since 2019 and my profile is complete and verified.

Please help me and fix my issue.
