Hi There,

How could Get the Form 16(TDS certificate ) on y earnings on the upwork. Also, I want to know the % which the upwork will take as an tds on the amount.

Hi Vatsal,

Thank you for your message. The amount of TDS we are required to withhold depends on whether you have a valid PAN updated on your Upwork account. If you have a PAN already updated on your Upwork account, we are required to withhold 1% of client payments otherwise we are required to withhold 5.0% of client payments in case of no PAN card details. I will have our support team contact you for further assistance with form 16.
