Funds in escrow not released after 14 days.

I submitted a job on May 1st, it's Day 16 today and the funds in escrow is yet to be released to me. This is my first Upwork stint and it has not been a fun ride so far, this is making it even worse, please look into it urgently.

Funds have to go through a 5-day security period before you can withdraw. Please look at the help article below to see the status of your payment in the Pending section.
