General weekly time limit

Hey guys.

Is there a weekly tracked limit in Upwork? What I mean:

For example, I works with two clients with hourly payment.

The first one has 40hrs weekly limit

The second one has 20hrs weekly limit

In total I can track 60 hrs / week.

Does this contradict the upwork conditions?

Hi Artem,

Rest assusred, this is not a violation of our TOS and you can work more than 40 hours per week for your clients.
However, I would like to clarify that if you have a weekly limit of 20 hours on your contract your client will only be billed for 20 hours even if you track more than 20 hours. Thank you.
