Get Disappointing Upwork , Very High Connect Charges, Spam Job post everywhere

Since 2012, I have been using Upwork. However, their platform is very bad now. In order to apply for a job, they charge 12+ connections. If we buy 100 connections, we can't even bid on 10 jobs. Additionally, the Upwork boost program is very disappointing. I have used over 100 connections to boost my service gig, but I have yet to receive an order. Please fix these issues.

1. Reduce the per-job connection fees on Upwork
2. Please refund those connects to freelancers if the client spams or doesn't respond 
3. The boost program needs to be explained well. We do not know how to run boost program. Show freelancers how many clients they can reach for each connection.
