Getting Notification and Messages from client late

Hey,
I don't know is this normal or what.. as I am new to Upwork...!!
but Messages and Email notifications from client replies are reaching to me very lately..!!
I mean If client replies me at 8:00 AM ... I am get notified and Upwork show Unread Icon on around 1:27PM...!! and When I see time of receiving ... there is 8:00am ...
This is really Effecting my response time to my client...!!
Can you please Help me with it ..
