Hi, I am new to freelancer to there's a lot of things I don't know. I just worked on a project, but I need to pay 100$ refundable deposit to the agency in order to get the payment. Is this a scam?

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. But just as Jindi and Jindi and Chidera said, this is a scam. Asking for a deposit from a freelancer is against ToS and one of the most common scams as well as when the client wants to take your conversation to Telegram.
