Have no connects

Hello Community,

Will appreciate if someone help me to know why I don't have any more connects to submit a proposal earlier I was getting tons of connects but now I don't have any connects earlier I get topped up one I have zero connects after two to three days but now since a while I am left without connects.

Secondly It's getting extremely difficult to get clients on Upwork no query nothing

Could anyone in the community please guide

Roomi, since your profile isn't public, nobody but Upwork staff can check your profile.

If you are new, you got a lot of connects to start you out, but after that, the Connects delivery - without purchasing them or the Plus membership - is very limited.

If you were getting a lot of interviews, Upwork used to give 10 connects for every one of those (up to a weekly limit). However, some freelancers gamed the system by posting jobs and interviewing themselves to get free Connects. As a result, Upwork removed that policy.

You can purchase more connects. I mean, there is no other solution.
