Help regarding my profile

Hey there. I am literally puzzled about the situation happening right now. 3 days before I paid about 15 USD for premium membership just to make sure my profile is not put to private. But today I get an email stating to put in private and the highlight of the situation is for no reason, I see a message of "Your profile is not yet approved". If that's the case, then how come I can be a member of an agency as well as be inside Upwork for more than a year.

What sort of scam is this? I lost my 15 dollars all for nothing???

I literally saw that by upgrading to Plus membership, I would never have my profile put to private. After billing me 15 dollars you still put the profile to private and also mark as not approved??? I just don't get it. Why in the world would you swindle someone's hard-earned money?

I have attached the proof of buying the membership. 
Please, someone, help me with this.
