Hi,
I had 10 "manual" hours on one job. I see them on the Timesheet with the correct Amount, but the earnings are still at zero. Can you please clarify how does it work?
Thank you,
S.

Click on the question marks next to the amounts. Tells you everything you need to know.

It's like that because this week's earnings won't be invoiced until next Monday. So there isn't a timesheet and there aren't any earnings.
Also, be aware that manual time is not protected in any way.

With manual time, if the client fails to pay Upwork, disputes or later does a chargeback, you won't get paid, you'll lose any dispute by default or have the money deducted in case of a chargeback later.
If you use the tracker correctly, you are protected and Upwork would pay you out of their own pocket if all the terms of the hourly protection are met. Otherwise they don't and you don't get paid anything in case of an issue. So either don't use manual time unless you can afford to lose that money and/or only use it once you know the client well and trust them.
