How To Remove Payoneer from Payment Method?

I want to remove my old payoneer account form upwork and add a new payoneer account. I need a help emergency.

To remove your Payoneer account, you will need to contact Payoneer first so that they can disassociate the existing Payoneer account on Upwork. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been done. Please get back to us after receiving the confirmation email from Payoneer so that we can assist you further on our end. Thank you.

I have talked again with Payoneer. They said to me your account has been closed and we can't do any changes whatever you want. So, Please contact to upwrok to remove your payment get way. So, please anyone help me on this issue to remove my Payoneer account. And After remove, I will add my new Payoneer account.
