How do I apply for additional Upwork Skill Certifications?

Hi,

I recently attained an upwork skill certification for one language (PHP), but I'd like to attain further ones for the specialisations I'm qualified and experienced in (next, specifically: Python).

I vaguely remember during the specialisation selection stage it mentioning I could choose further specialisations in the future (although my memory might be failing me there). But I can't see anywhere to apply for the next certification, so I'm wondering: how do I do it?

I haven't been able to find any answers on this in Upwork's documentation, and I opened a help request on it several days ago without response. So just wondering if anyone has more information about this specific matter.
