How do I get my money back from 'Remaining' budget?

The freelancer and I agreed to a budget of $105 .He have ended the contract and now  money is not in escrow but it's under 'Remaining' - how do I get the money back into my account? or how to claim it ?

Look at the original email containing the offer from the client.

Does it say, he funded $105 in Escrow or $51 in Escrow?
