I have done a project for a client, who was supposed to be paying monthly. All communications were done on Upwork but after the first month work. He just stopped responding

Are you working on an hourly or fixed-price contract with this client? If this is a fixed-price contract, you can file a dispute for non-release of a milestone payment if the milestone is funded.
