Just click on your own name and a list of threads you've participated in or started will show up. You may want to look at the notification settings on your account page, if you want to be notified when someone responds to your posts.

Just click on your name and you will see all your posts. Or for more details: in the top right corner  click on the first icon, a little bell, that shows you all the posts you have participated in; next to that, is the envelope, which is your private message page, and which will show green if someone contacts you. Next is the little person,which will  show you your own posts, your kudoed posts and who you have kuoded. Those three are the important ones, you can experiment with the others.
