How to disable updating the feedback?

Hi,

I ended a contract on my side a few days ago. The client remained the bad feedback and then she said to change the feedback. So I enabled her to change the feedback but she updates the bad feedback with lies every day. How can I disable changing the feedback?

The client can change the feedback for 14 days now... Then it will stop.

If any of what the client says is even remotely true, your Upwork days are numbered if the client talks to support.
