Upwork will charge the client's credit card and pay you money based on the HOURS that you log. Your payment has nothing to do with any delivery.

hey preston, I uploaded the file to messages, as my act of the 'final delivery', but i received a recent message from the client asking for a 'final delivery'. Is there a function or a button, to process the official final delivery?

If he asks for it again, then send him the same file.
