Hi, i'm freelancing in upwork over 5-6 months, my Job success score just opened with my latest work. I Want to be top rated freelancer in Upwork, how is this possible? And when i'm top rated the fees are going to change?

Check this article for everything related to the Top-Rated Badge.

And no, it has nothing to do with Upwork's fees; Fees start to change each time you exceed the $500 barrier with a client. Here is more info about the fees:

• 20% for the first $500 with a single client
• 10% for total billings between $500.01 and $10,000
• 5% for billings that exceed $10,000
