Hello,
I'm Muhammad Nouman. I've been prompted via email to verify my identity. However, when I click on the verification link, the placeholder name appears as "Muhammad Usman" instead of "Muhammad Nouman". This mismatch prevents me from successfully verifying my identity using my ID card. Despite reaching out to customer support, I haven't received effective assistance. I've been informed that my account will be on hold if I don't verify my identity within 7 days. Since the error isn't on my end, I'd appreciate it if you could help me how can i get resolved this issue.I think resetting my identity verification link can address this discrepancy. Please guide me.
