Hi, please I'm new to Upwork and I'm on the Freelancer basic plan. I noticed that my billing cycle ended yesterday - April 7th and I didn't receive my monthly free connects. I tried sending Upwork an email but they keep saying the email is no longer supported.
How do I get it rectified?
