I lost a client

I have heard about glitches on Upwork but never thought it would affect me this way. 

I had a client whom I scheduled a meeting with through Upwork only for me not to be able to join the meeting after trying for about 5 minutes. client joined waited but couldn't see me and left. I can't describe how horrible I felt.

 

this is my first real interview on Upwork after not being able to get a job for 2 years. 

 

I feel so disappointed and embarrassed because it looked so unprofessional. Considering all Upwork seems to represent makes me not know where to direct my anger.
