I'm Hired on a Job but Message Room (Dashroom) is not started and I can't start it either

Greetings,

Today I brought my client to Upwork through BYOC program and my client signed up using my link and then directly hired me after posting job. Now, even though I'm hired but contract shows a text "Starts Apr 17". And when I go to Messages tab, it says "This page does not exist".

My QUESTION is:

Will the dashroom be started automatically on Apr 17 or do I need to do something?

Here's what I see when I scroll down on Overview tab on contract page.

When I click on Dashroom link, it takes me to Messages tab which then shows this.

It will be active after 17. No your action needed.

My contract started more than five hours ago but dashroom is still inaccessible. I'll contact Upwork Support. Thanks for your response.

I've contacted Upwork support and they are looking into it. The issue is something else. (I'll mark this as closed).
