I'm getting payment failed error when I try to purchase connect on Upwork

Almost Every is perfect here at Upwork!

I'm from India and whenever I try to purchase connect and adding payment method it shows error. I try both ways PayPal and debit card. I try with my debit card and then with my father but both are showing payment failed error.

Can you please add UPI method overthere so it will easy for us
