I need help getting my accoint back!!

A month ago i had to activate my account with a video call.
They suspended my accoint instead... then i submitted my ID and it was accepted and said i can do proposals now BUT i couldn't... then i posted on a community andi got a reply that a ticket was open.... it was not.... i opened a ticket manually then after a week THEY DIDNT SOLVE IT. but instead put it as solved with 0 replies.. I meed help because no one is helping... no one
