I submitted a proposal and receive a message from client but didn't receive new connects

I submitted a proposal tomorrow and get a message from a client but didn't receive any connects yet. Although that job was removed later. But i already get respond from the client. Kindly help

You don't get connects when you respond to an interview.

Sorry sorry i did a mistake. I submitted a proposal and got responded from the client. So didn't receive connects after that.
