I withdrew money to my USD account instead of local currency

I requested a withdrawal to my bank account. However, after requesting the withdrawal I noticed that direct-to-local bank method says (TRY-Turkish Lira) in parentheses. Although my bank is a local Turkish bank, my account is a USD account. Upwork did not reject my bank address when I added it as the payment method. However, now I'm not sure if the money will be transferred to my bank account or not. If the transfer won't take place, will it return to Upwork?

Yes. It will be converted by your bank. Double convertion also possible.

But if bank reject then payment will be returned. No your action needed.

Thank you for your answer. The main point I do not understand is that, if I send USD to my TRY account it will be converted to TRY BY my bank, I've experienced that before. However, I was not sure if same thing happens if Upwork sends the money as TRY to my USD account.  If this is the case, that's great for me. Thanks for your answer!
