Look at your Reports Overview page, it explains the lot

Hi Jacob,

On an hourly contract, you log hours and the client is automatically billed for them. Please learn about Hourly Payment Protection and weekly billing cycle. 

Timesheet for last week is available for the client's review this week and the payment will be released to you on the next Wednesday. In order to check the status of your payment, please go to your account > select the Reports tab > Overview and you'll see the funds under the ''In Review'' tab.
