Include legal entity code (CNPJ) / as a freelancer and not an agency

How do I include my CNPJ (national company registration number in Brazil) in the upwork registration for legal contribution purposes? Because my accountant requested that it has to be located on the upwork payment receipt to my company with the CNPJ and not my individual name. But honestly, I didn't want to migrate to an agency, because my entire portfolio is located in my freelancer portfolio and I see that agencies, companies are looking for much less than freelancers. How to proceed?
