Invalid characters for name lastname fields issue

Hi, this is Burak. My lastname got turkish characters like "ş,ı", since i got these characters on my lastname. I cannot fill lastname field. It causes an error. How can i solve this issue?

Hi Burak,

I'm afraid that the field won't accept the characters that you're trying to use. You may use the international form of those characters when filling out your name field.
