Invites Inconsistent

Anybody else notice that although you have Invites every day, sometimes 7-10, there are days that you have none? How can this be?

Sometimes it seems that I am not seeing current job posts. Nothing new, just the same old stuff. Sometimes I get many relevant job posts to look at, very inconsistent also.
