There should be a transparent disallowance of the JSS effect of feedback from a client who's lost a mediation or arbitration, but there isn't.

There is always the possibility a consistently negative client's feedback on any project - regardless of whether there has been a dispute - is excluded from the JSS calculation by Upwork, but that is also not transparent.
