hi, I'm new to the platform... I got a message for a proposal I submitted, the message told me to speak with the project manager on telegram. The project manager sent me an employee form that requires my name, signature, country, address, mail, tel, and passport. PS I can't view my proposal because the job has been removed from upwork.

Yes, this is common scam. Thats why job deleted. Report or ignore.

Just not follow contact info, it is rules violation.

You already contacted outside and may be banned for that.

The project is a scam, a common one. Always keep communication on upwork and never start work until you have a contract with a funded milestone. After starting a contract you can communicate via email or slack or whatever, so long as the payment remains on upwork. Oh, never pay a fee for a JOB you are being hired to complete.
