JSS not updated for over 4 weeks

My JSS score has remained the same over the last 4 weeks when it fell from 92% to 77% - and has refused to update even though I started and completed contracts. 

This is quite confusing because 8 of my last 10 jobs have been 5-star reviews, and only 2 jobs out of 19 have received less than 4 stars. 

I understand not revealing the methods for calculating JSS, however it is supposed to update every 2 weeks, and I would appreciate an explanation as to why mine has refused to update twice in 4 weeks.

Hi George,

It's unfortunate that your Job Success Score has decreased. I know how disappointing it can be when the score does not reflect your recent work. The Upwork system uses four different time periods to measure your performance: 3, 6, 12 and 24 months. It then picks the highest score from these periods as your JSS. Sometimes, you may see the same score if the best score is the same across these periods. You can refer to this help page for more information.
