JSS still stuck at 95 after 02 feedbacks of 5-star

Hi.
I finished up 2 contracts with full 5 star positive feedbacks but my JSS is still stuck at 95. Why is it?
Can anyone please give me the reason of not getting JSS update after 02 feedbacks of 5-star?????

Once you are in the mid to high 90s, it takes quite a bit to get closer to 100% - because that is exactly how percentages work.

Also remember that just as you are adding contracts to your calculation window of 6, 12 or 24 months, contracts also fall out of the calculation window.

Lastly, usually the JSS does not really update until mid- to end of the afternoon UTC, even though it says "updated" much earlier.
